Making A Living

I have looked into several projects to bring in a little extra income. They always say free to get started but when you get further into the deal theyneed money or you can't have the secret to success. Makes me think the business is getting everyone to send you money for the plans but the money maker is the one you send the money to. When I get to the part where they say now if will send us, That's where I delete it because I don't have anything to send. A couple of my friends are coming over to teach me more things to do with the old computer. One could be a money maker of sorts and the other is something I'll have to be able to do to use the other one. I guess I'll have to wait and see.

Government Buyouts

Why is it all these major corporations need billions of dollars to survive? Ever wondered whre we would be if unions didn't demand high wages or they would strike until they got it. While we're at it how about benefits for workers and their families. Ever wondered why the senior citizens living on Social Security get a 1% to 3% cost of living increase and the politicians vote themselves 10% to 12% does that sound fair? This year I understand we old people will get 5.8% and I haven't heard what congress will get but you can be sure it will be at least as much as we get in a whole year. We haven't gotten our raise yet so they could get wild and cancel it. The government makes sure we don't get it all anyway. Medicare goes up and insurance gets some and we wind up with enough to buy a 1/2 gallon of milk and a loaf of bread if we're lucky. My idea is why doesn't the government buy us out. I could be debt free and able to live on Social Security if they would give me $20,000 and but me out. There are a lot of us out there that didn't have a pension plan or 401K to help your living be better. I really don't think the CEO'S of the major corporations really need 20 million dollars a year to live. But I'll tell you what, there's a lot of little guys that could be debt free and worry free with just thousands and not millions. Think about it politicians before you try to cut us more.

Movie Night

The weatherman just snow off and on all night with some wind so it would be a good movie night. My good friend gave me a six month subscription to Netflix so I have a lot of movies to watch. You watch one and mail it back and get another one in three days. They really get them to you fast and shipping is all free. My birthday was November 10th and since then I've watched 14 movies. The Question

The question is what is white and cold. The answer is everything on the other side of my front door. It sure makes me want to stay inside all day and not even go out. I can take the heat a lot better than the cold and now it's cold. I did go to the grocery store today but was only gone an hour and then back inside. The thing I don't like most about cold is the heat bills go berserk and are hard to pay. In the summer you can open windows and use your fans without turning on your AC and that helps. So if you're like me then you should stay in where it's warm and not worry about freezing.
