Spring Where?

They say spring is here but it's snowing outside now so what happened?We've had light snow several times since spring was declared and I really don't care for any more so quit already. This has been one of the hardest winters Iowa has seen for at least 6 years. The below zero days have been in the double digits this year. Last year there was one day below zero and that was like 2 below. The summers have been cooler with no days over 100 but since the winter was so cold I look for this summer to be a lot hotter too.
