Two Day Vacation

Nice 2 day vacation eating fresh caught waleyes and big sunfish in Minnesota. Just lounge around having a beer and good food 3 times a day. Our host did all the cooking and we just ate and relaxed. My friend had to work at noon today so we returned last night late. For a short getaway it was great. I'll take several short trips like this one over 1 long vacation anytime because you don't get all worn out.

Albert Lea, Minn.

Albert Lea is only 45 miles north of here but there different stores that have things we can't get here. Some things we can get here are cheaper than here and some are alot cheaper. Whatever your reason the trip out of town for a few hours is worth it. I took my very good friend with me and we stopped at the Casino on the way back and played the slots. I even had enough points built up for dinner at Burger King. Fun was had by all.

Thursday

Well today the weatherman said the rain is done for a few days and I don't mind at all. With the high temps we've had the humidity was a killer especially for the ones of us that can't breathe good anyhow. So now the rain is over it is slightly cooler and breathing is lot's easier for me. Plus I'm healing up from the last fall I took and got all bent out of shape. Hang in there things will get better.
