Pizza Today

I am going over to my sister's today. We are going out for lunch at the Pizza Ranch. I love their Pizza. They have a huge buffet with all kinds of salads, pizza and much more. You can have all you can eat and they have the best mashed potatoes and gravy too with broasted chicken. You can also have broasted potatoes and sometimes potato chips they make. Cheese sticks and dip are good too. I don't think they have anything I don't like. Cactus bread for dessert is always good too and they make it in apple, peach or blueberry if you ask.

Trip to Rocky Mountains

Here is my sister at Estes Park. They did some shopping there after they went up to one of the highest peaks in the Rocky Mountain National Park. She said it was really windy and I probably couldn't have stood up in that wind. It was also very very cold but the view was outstanding. They went shopping and ate in Estes Park at a unique restaurant. See picture at the top of this post. It had a big sign "Don't touch please." Guess what, Kaelyn just had to keep touching him:0)

Funeral Visitation

I went to my brother-in-laws funeral visitation in September. A niece was snapping all kinds of pictures. My younger sister was there and she got a picture of the two of us. It turned out pretty good. We should have gotten one with my older sister too but guess no one thought of that.

Great Uncle

I am great uncle to 12 of my sister's great grandchildren. Here is a picture of the latest one born in November. She says No. 13 is on the way in February and will be a little girl. None of them live near me so I don't get to see them except in pictures most of the time. I don't get around the stores where they shop either or I would run into them now and then. The family is really growing.

My Sister's Pet

This is my sister's dog. She is a little Boston Terrier. She weighs about 21 lbs. She is trying out a new dog food. She loves it. My sister has been trying to help her gain weight and she has gained 2 pounds so she is making headway with her. I have cats myself. They don't need to be watched over as much if you have to be gone for a longer time. I have always had cats and an occasional dog too.

Neighbors

Ran into an old neighbor yesterday. It was funny because my sister parked right in front of us. We were so surprised to see each other too. My old neighbor said she didn't know I had a sister and asked where she lives. I told my sister this gal used to live by us before we moved our mobilehome. My sister is living in that mobilehome now. She really likes it.

My Big Sister

My big sister looks out for me every chance she gets. She is older than me but she is shorter than me. We have always stuck up for each other and get along really good. She has taught me alot about computers and so has my friend Laura. I really enjoy posting on my blog. It passes alot of time and is alot of fun too to work with my new computer.

My Sister's Birthday

I almost forgot that today is my sister's 61st birthday. It is hard to imagine that my little sister is that old already. Her son is coming down from Chicago to visit her and she is worried about him driving in all the blowing snow. I guess he is going to wait until tomorrow, which is a good thing. Things should be more settled down by then and the roads should be plowed out. It is a beautiful sunny day here but she says they are having snow there. They are kind of in a spot that alot of bad weather goes around them and that is good. Her husband drives semi to Wisconsin and Wisconsin is really getting it bad. I have a nephew up there that has a dog kennel and I am sure he is having quite a time getting to it. They have a good tractor and blade though so that makes a difference. His folks are in Arizona enjoying the sunshine while he fights the weather. Well, guess I'll go take a nap.
