Mowing Grass

I usually have a job mowing grass for my friend every week. It's been so hot and dry the grass just isn't growing like it should. This is the only way I can earn a few dollars to help with my nessessities being on limited disability Social Security. The government gave themselves a cost of living raise every year. When it comes to us that live on S.S. as our only support we could really use a raise. We haven't had one for 3 years but the congressmen that earn over $100,000 plus a year always get one, GO FIGURE. I guess they have a rule that if you're old you go to the end of the line. If they would put back the money they robbed from S.S. then S.S. would be good and healthy.

Beautiful Weather

At last we are having beautiful weather. The sky is blue with no clouds. The temperature is 70. It has been great to have the windows open and get some fresh air in. It has also been nice to go outside and be able to breathe because the humidity is way down. I love this kind of weather. I wish we could have it all the time.

More Tests

I had knee surgery to replace a bad knee and it's been almost a year now. Ever since the surgery my voice has gotten weaker and raspy to the point people can't hear me sometimes or can't understand me. I hate not being able to carry on a conversation with my friends. So tomorrow I'll go in to throat specialist and see why I can't talk out loud. The doctor said it might be mental problem too. So the neurologist will be the next stop. If I get that far maybe they can figure out why my new knee is still giving me pain and my mobility is bad too. I guess we start tomorrow and go from there to see what happens.

It's Happening

The park owners moved in a new14x50 trailer house and finally sold it. Now a tennant in the front row wanted to sell his old trailer and management offered him $5,000 and said that it was just junk. He tore a beatiful inclosed porch off of it and pulled it out of the lot. Now the landlord is moving a 45 foot double wide in on that lot. There's only going to be about 5 feet on either side of it. I think it's too cramped up in that space but what do I know. He's the landlord and I'm just a peon in the kingdom.

Mowing grass

My neighbor borrows my lawnmower and she mows my lawn for me since I have trouble walking. It's very nice of her to do that for me. We live in a mobile home park so the lawns aren't very big but management still wants it mowed every week. Since my neighbor is a much younger person and in good health but without a mower it works out good. She's happy the landlord's happy and I'm happy so you can't complain about that.
