Prevention First

I went in and got my flu shop today and I feel much better now. I've gotten one for the last 6 years and boy I'm glad I did. I have respiretory desease and flu or even a bad cold would really take it's toll on me. My doctor tells me I should also have a pneumonia shot too.With only 25% of my lung capacity you can't take many chances. I just say whatever you say I don't mind the needles. I haven't had a cold or flu for 6 years so I'm a believer in flu shots especially for senior citizens.
