Computer Problems

I thought when I had my computer stripped and reprogramed my troubles were over but guess again. There's a couple things that need to be adjusted like my sound. There isn't any sound and that means no utube for me until it's fixed. Plus the window size on the monitor needs to be shrunk down to fit better. I really hate to have to scroll back and forth to read my email. I should be able to get it done this weekend with a little luck.
