Hey, Let's Eat

I was invited to dinner last night and was served a delicious steam vegetable tray as we call it. It consists of a huge number of fresh veggies chopped and layered on a foil lined tray. With the veggies there's soms chicken broth and sliced Kielbasa saugage then covered and baked until done. The mixture of all the wonderful flavors of the mixture of veggies creates a tantalizing taste bud expedition into the world of fine dining. When my late wife was alive we served this dish very often and loved it every time. Last night was not only a taste bud treat but a walk down memory lane. Many times I thanked my hostess for such a fine evening and when she reads my post she will be thanked again. Thank You Sis, The Brother
