Fair Time

Well the North Iowa fair is underway and I hope they aren't counting on my money to survive. I've gotten so tired of hot, sticky, dusty fair grounds over the years that I don't care if I ever go to another one. Of course at my age the next one may be my last one anyhow. That's why I spend my time doing things I really like to do. Some are little things like drinking a rootbeer float with my sweetie on a hot day. Maybe driving around the lake with the radio on enjoying the day. There's an ice cream parlor that serves frozen yogurt in Key Lime and Black Raspberry flavors. What more could anybody in their right mind want on a hot day? That's what life's about so go live it.
