How Do You Breathe

I don't know about you but 2 days ago I had the best breathing day in 6 months. The air was light and pollen count was down. Haveing resperatory problems I really have to work at just breathing most of the time. When the air is hot and humid my breather closes up and I puff and wheeze. Sometimes it's so loud people turn around thinking I'm whisteling. I'm glad the temps are down in the 80's and hope they don't get any hotter but we all know they will. That's Life.
